I’m tired.
I prepared to tell you how tired I am. I was going to tell you about daylight savings, getting up early, sick kids, activities and more. I want you to know how tired I am.
But I stopped.
I stopped because you don’t care.
I don’t believe you’re callous. I don’t think you are unempathetic. I think you are human. You get tired too, yet you keep on going.
Life is hard. Get over it. Yada yada yada.
Do the work.
Last week I shared what it takes to refer to yourself as an artist. It takes hard work. No one cares that it’s hard. Just do the work.
You don’t care how tired I am as I write this. So I do the work.
Do the work.
KC Bob says
Some folks do care but lack the opportunity to express that care. And sometimes they do not know what to say. Mostly they lack the kind of reciprocal relationship that affords them the outlet to express their care.
That said, I pray that you will find the rest you need and desire in the coming days.
Blessings, Bob
