Every few years Mr T makes a small come back. Of course earlier this year the A Team was remade into a movie which brought back all kinds of great memories of watching the show on TV. Mr T of course was the star of the show, and we all have stories about Mr T, but I think Kia’s takes the cake.
After seeing the movie this summer, Kia and I were talking about the A Team and Mr T, when she started singing this song, “Mother, There is no Other.” I have to admit, I had heard her singing it before, but never but it together that it was a Mr T song. I didn’t know that Mr T did songs! But Kia did, she had the cassette tape. Awesome.
Even better, a video was made of Mr T rapping the song. Words can’t really describe the video (set, wardrobe, acting, background singers, dancing), but my favorite part is when Mr T whips out his microphone – where did that come from? A utility belt? See for your self…
